Getting out priorities sorted by installing the internet. As part of the NBN roll out, which Tasmania is pretty well connected to, we were able to get fixed wireless. An antenna was fixed to the shed roof and hooked up to the power and we can browse the internet at our will – don’t ask how fast it is or giga-whatevers, as far as we can tell or care it keeps up with our needs to streaming and the like. Only a few days has it lost connection, probably more to do with maintenance works in town, but considering our location we’re pretty pleased.
Lyra got more attention than the antenna, of course.
